Curative<\/a>, a leader in healthcare innovation, has appointed Norman Storwick<\/a> as Chief Actuary and Vice President of Underwriting. Curative partnered with Buffkin \/ Baker on the executive search.<\/p>

In his role as Chief Actuary and VP of Underwriting, Norman will oversee and implement various models, practices, and strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks as well as optimize pricing and provide a competitive advantage in the market through data analysis. He will work closely with actuarial and sales teams and be a key contributor as Curative expands and grows. Norman will report to the company\u2019s President and CFO, Tami Wilson-Ciranna<\/a>.<\/p>

Norman joins Curative from Lumeris where he served during an eight-year period as Vice President of Analytics and Chief Actuary. There he was responsible for the development and implementation of advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions. Prior to Lumeris, Norman worked at Forecast Health as Director of Data and Analytics. Earlier roles include Managing Actuary at BlueCross BlueShield of NC and Director of Care Analytics at Carewise Health. Norman holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in economics from the University of Chicago.<\/p>
