As the senior-most technology officer, he will help lead the delivery of integrated\u00a0software and payment solutions to its thousands of customers. Additionally, he will be responsible for overseeing the Company\u2019s technology teams, including\u00a0enterprise-wide software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology operations.<\/p>

Mr. Panagakis was most recently an Executive Officer with Imperial PFS, a financial\u00a0services firm in the Midwest. He has also held similar technology roles with MarksNelson, LLC, and Epiq Systems.\u00a0<\/p>
